about 1000 fans jammed titan gym
there was about 1000 fans in titan gym ready to tip-off, perhaps the most exciting season of the 90's. the jets band performed for about 45 minutes, followed by a slam dunk and 3-pt contest. coach hawk and coach curry introduced the men's and women's team respectively. the men's team scrimmaged while the women's team watched the game from the bench. to say the least, it was exciting to see a very talented group on the floor, redshirt freshmen admad shamin looks strong and can run the floor, redshirt danny kohn looks like a force for next year. the returnees look very hungry for that western division title, as ike jammed the ball on a few break aways, kj took a couple of 2-hand-dunks on the transition, "tatoo" is really dominant, while murf seems to find the hole easier than last year. newcomer daniel thompson was a good matchup for campbie, they are both quick and can be a terror for the opponents this year, on both side of the court. the walk-ons don't look like walk-ons, they sure gave the vets a run. stay tune for a great year!
